This service is truly from beginning to end, and it includes everything, right up to supervising the
cleaning after you leave.   We plan and run the entire event for you, leaving you entirely hassle
and worry-free.


Why do I have to pay a fee at all?
By paying us a fee for our professional services, you will save money and have an overall lower
cost.  Our efforts and creativity will improve the event and increase its overall effect.  We use our
contacts with venues and resources to secure you a lower price.   We use our event buying
power to save you money.

So how much will this cost me with Momentous Happenings?
The commission for our ‘beginning to end’ event planning service is straight-forward, with no
hidden charges or costs.  We have a cost-plus tiered pricing structure based upon the size of
your event and this can be seen below:









 
     




Can you give me a real-life example?
Yes of course.  A client came to us very frustrated and was running out of time with only a few
weeks before an important business event.  Their existing plans were exceeding their budget by
280% and had little to show for their time and efforts.

By understanding their requirements, we were able to work with their ideas and proposed
venue.  We revised their budget, provided new ideas & resources then created a proposal &
project plan.  They agreed and we worked with our resources to provide a better value for their
dollar.  The client and guests were very happy and the event objectives were met and
exceeded.  The total costs (including our fee) were under their new revised budget. Music to our

Example 1:
Your event has 100 guests and you want to spend $50 per person
  The total budget for this event would be $5,000
  The Momentous Happenings fee would be 20% of the $5,000  =  $1,000
   
Example 2:
Your event has 300 guests and you want to spend $100 per person
  The total budget for this event would be $30,000
  The Momentous Happenings fee would be 15% of the $30,000  =  $4,500
   
Please
note:
In the event that you wish us to plan an event outside of Colorado, our home state,
we will charge expenses for travel and accommodation.

Our prices are based upon our level of intensity and effort with your event.  Often, when
planning an event, you will have many ideas but not know how to turn them into a reality.  It
can be particularly hard to do this while staying on time and on budget, without forgetting the
details which make it truly momentous!

Need day of event help or hosting?      Do you want to enjoy the event?

Maybe you don't want the entire event planned. Maybe you've already established most of the
event, but are stuck on a couple of things.  Well,
Momentous Happenings LLC can help you
here too.  Since your plan and budget is already established, we charge an hourly rate of $75.  
The total number of hours depends on how much you want us to help, however we both agree the
number of hours up-front.  Also, we have other reliable event staff available.  Please
